Responsibilities
- Lead the overall planning and implementation of new property to be developed through a synchronized workflow and Gantt chart of activities to be done.
- Lead the market research, demand study and plans, comprehensive competitive reports on: (1) product – house type and mix, (2) pricing – TCP and different financing schemes, (3) promotions of competition, and 4) regional/local market demand analysis.

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Business Development and Project Development from Real Estate at same capacity level.
- Graduate of Business Course, preferably MBA.
